i was just thinking about introducing sms.ac as a primo example of nasty interface design (not to mention nasty all around). i've kept my godawful profile open there just so i can show it to my interface students.
lo and behold, danah boyd just blogged it for me. what a convenient and valuable reference. (for those who don't know of danah, the term 'autistic software' is hers).
