I'm now a victim of fraud.
discovered someone withdrew $500 from my account, this is $500 I didn't even have. Apparently there's a business in this area [I would dearly love to know which] that's been suspected of fraudulent actions. It could just be one person working in one of these places but I don't think I'll ever know.
I've made all the necessary calls and I'll be reimbursed for the stolen money I'll be getting a new bank card which is actually good as my old one was on its last legs.
probably wouldn't have known for awhile if I hadn't tried to use my card today. The bank attempted to call yesterday and today, but there are a few people in my family who won't answer numbers they believe to be tell-a-marketers. I answer no matter what 'cause you never know. After this I think the mentality will be adopted by all.
I'm not all that upset about all of this, probably because everything's already taken care of, but I won't be able to truly relax until the money is back into my account and I have a new pin.
