Today's Stupidity
Alright, here's what really grinds my gears today.
First off, look at this:
I really like this: give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to be converted. The New York Times has an article about it. It really makes me want to build a giant Jesus in camouflage with a couple assault rifles.
In the meantime, ESPN has managed to beat the NFL to death, and then continue to beat the dead horse with "The Ultimate Depth Chart." I don't like the NFL much, but I really have to think that even big-time, obsessed NFL fans NEED TIME OFF!!!! Honestly - playoffs, Pro Bowl, 100 Days of Draft coverage, pre-minicamp coverage, this stupid depth chart, post-minicamp coverage, camp coverage, the preseason, and then the season. SERIOUSLY!!! It's freaking baseball season! The World Cup is going on! Chessboxing is at its height. Hell, even Golf and NASCAR are going on right now...and that would be better than year-round NFL. Seriously, if the NFL wanted to be year-round, it should have an NFL Summer league. (Although I shouldn't give them ideas.
