(no subject)
Back to school. I spent my Easter break purchasing a puppy, getting and getting over the flu, and working some hella overtime to add a little surplus to my bank account. Life's generally good. My newest thing is the puppy. His name is Turk. He's a pekingese. Absolutely hideous. I've had him for a few weeks now. He's a little over 4 months old.
I just started back to Baker this week. I've only got one class and the rest internships. So far I love every minute of it. I'm just not home much anymore. I work 24 hours a week at the clinic and then 32 at work that actually pays me.. Total of 56 hours plus a 2 hour class on thursdays. Doesn't leave a whole lot of time for anyone or anything else. I'm at the point where I've been taught everything there is, now I just have to go back and review it. How exciting. Dr. Cross gave my name to someone in the Flint Journal today to talk about the program.. assuming I say only good things of course. I told him I'd be a freaking ray of sunshine for him.
I love that spring is here.. granted it's colder than shit today. The last few days have been absolutely beautiful. Kristy, Turk, and I sat in the bed of the truck last night and played Scrabble and ate Skittles under the stars. It was happy. Reminded me of the Drive-In last summer.
Anywho. I think I'm gonna go take a piss, and figure out where my class is suppose to meet. Love you All. Miss you so.
