A+ Certifications
So I passed my A+ Core Hardware 2003 certification on Thursday but never got around to posting this about it until now. During break I'll be studying so that I can take my A+ OS Technologies certification test shortly after we go back to school so that I'll have my complete A+ 2003 Certification. HOWEVER there is only one thing about that of which I do not like and that is that it is a 2003 certification and it is the year 2007 now! That's 4 years old and with computers that's kind of a big deal. There is nothing in those certifications about the newer version of windows Vista and I'm sure there is other stuff missing from them too. There will be an A+ 2006 certification though next year but I will have already gotten my A+ 2003 certification because I need to get it for my class at Auburn. Well I think that when this 2006 one comes out that I'm going to jump right on that and study for it and take the two tests again so I can be more current and have a 2006 certification. As for my Network+ I'm also going to be going for that soon too and take that after I get my OS technologies one done so in the next few weeks I should have both of those done and Haines (my Cisco teacher at Auburn) will love that.
