But okay you guys I love Shoichi. I LOVE YOU, SHOICHI. He is my favourite kind of hero. FAVOURITE. His smile makes my heart feel warm. |D And his adorable Grade A puppydog eyes! And getting Hikawa's name wrong! And his puns! And, and, "Could that be her boyfriend?" "I'LL GO YELL AT HIM!" Shoichiiiiii. ♥
That aside, I think I have to say Agito is the creepiest Kamen Rider series I've seen so far. The Unknown, they totally give me the heeby-jeebies. Also, creepy eight-year-old Kamiki Ryunosuke. Did not see that one coming! I still have not properly wrapped my head around that. =/
Aaaaaand I'm undecided as to whether I want to ship Hikawa with Shoichi or Hojo... but I definitely have the need to ship something! IDEK, something about Agito just seems to demand gay. (I don't even think I'm supposed to particularly like Hojo, but he's a bit of an ass and I tend to like that. *shrugs*)
In semi-related news I have been doing some light reading regarding other Kamen Rider series I haven't seen. Not enough to spoil myself, just enough to get a feel for premises and themes. I am worried, you guys. Like Blade has a clown monster? Or multiple clown monsters? I AM AFRAID OF CLOWNS, OKAY. And askhgd Ryuki. Something about a Mirror World - do mirrors figure prominantly? Possibly scary stuff with mirrors? Even just somewhat weird stuff? 'Cause yeah, catoptrophobia GET. As my mother recently observed, the easiest way to scare me would be a clown-shaped mirror. Is there a Kamen Rider series featuring magnets? 'Cause that would totally be a hat trick for my three big stupid phobias. (I'm afraid of everything, but mirrors, clowns, and magnets are waaaay worse than everything else. =/)
Tokufaggotry should not be this stressful, man. But I shall persevere! For the power suits and awesome motorcycles, at the least!
