*talks at length about things nobody cares about*

Two things I've learned by way of the Intertubes:
1. Kawano Naoki is going to be in the Beck film.
2. Fujita Ray is in the third 20th Century Boys film.

That's the good news, this is the bad news: NEITHER OF THEM HAVE A CHARACTER LISTED. I am going insane trying to figure it out. I've all but given up on figuring out Ray's, since 20CB has like FIFTY MILLION CHARACTERS, and Beck doesn't exactly have a tiny cast either, but... okay, cards on the table, I'm hoping Naoki'll be Shingo. IT COULD HAPPEN. I mean, I know Shingo didn't make it into the anime, but IT COULD STILL HAPPEN. *dreams that crazy dream*

Enough spazzing over Dustz and Tsutsumi Yukihiko, let's spazz over Gundam! Kind of. =D

Have I ever mentioned I'm a huge goobery fool of a fan for Sawano Hiroyuki? You may not know the name, but you're probably familiar with his work; he did the soundtracks for the Taiyou no Uta drama, both seasons of Iryu -Team Medical Dragon-, Hachi One Diver, Maou, Binbou Danshi, Zombie-Loan, and Sengoku Basara, among others. I'm more or less head over heels for his scores and I could probably talk forever about them but I have almost zero academic background in music so I'd just make myself sound stupid; I'll settle for saying he's incredible and also ♥♥♥.

As part of my rounds on ANN I happened to check the Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn OVA page to see if there'd been any new additions. Seeing Sawano's name on there actually made me so happy I cried! The fact that the director is known almost exclusively for his work on Studio DEEN series no longer worries me~ It's gonna be great, you guys. |D

dustz, 20th century boys, tsutsumi yukihiko is amazing, gundam, beck, lol awesome, casting with great prejudice, sawano hiroyuki is love
