Today was my last day at my job. I may do a little amount of finish up work in the next week, but maybe not. It came unexpectedly. Last Friday my boss, the one who runs the company told me she was leaving. I knew I couldn't be here without her. Not to mention the company is being sued and it's just a huge mess. So I put in my noitce yesterday, when she did.
Change is always weird. For the time that I have been here, it's been amazing. A divorce between the partners of the company not only threatned to ruin my wedding completely, but has left the environment here drrastically different. I am thankful for everything I have learned and all of the people I have met in my time here.
There is always a sense of loss, even when it is the right path (hopefully...) I was out of here in less than a month anyways, as my school is about to be completely full time, so it shouldn't feel so weird I suppose.
Hmm.
We have 'quite a gusher' as far the as water main leak goes. Let's just say we are looking at about $3k. Dammit. There goes summer vacation. Flat screen TV. New computer. Ughh.
