Almost 8 kilo's difference...

between the last photo's I had taken, and the ones I had done today.

In the past week I've lost almost 2 kilo's in weight. Bearing in mind that since the first photo's were taken I went from 125.2k back up to 129.8k and have now come down to 117.4k as of this morning - before the gym. After the gym I went down to 116.6, but I needed to replenish my fluids, so 117.4 is what I'm going with today for the weigh-in.

Anyway, here're the pix:

I've been averaging 1.5 hours of exercise a day. For day's when I'm not on the circuit, I have been trying to walk 4k. I find if I do 5.5 for 40 mins, which is what the trainer told me to do, I'm about 600 metres short of 4k, so I keep going until I reach the 4k mark usually about 45 - 47 mins. I then try and go swimming in the evening just to relax. I have always been a water baby, so love just walking/swimming/floating in the pool (or years ago down at the beach).

I can see the weight coming off on the scales, but have yet to see where its coming off of, in the mirror. But that will come.

I've decided I need some new icons, just have to figure out what sort. I might make this journal a paid one for awhile so I can have a few extra icons coz I'm bored with what I have at the moment. :o\
