i just read this article about how they successfully cloned some cats, and now they want to start commercially cloning pets for 50 grand.
is it just me or is this a fucking ridiculous idea?
stupid rich people, go adopt a cat thats gunna die for 20 bucks.
they have this idea that if they clone their beloved Whiskers, its going to be the same animal.... yeah it'll be the same genetically and maybe the markings will be similar but the mannerisms of a cat have a lot to do with its upbringing and environment. IT WONT BE THE SAME.
now theyre excited because they want to start cloning endangered animals..
i think thats extremely stupid and creepy...just let nature take its course
