Wow. Just wow. I just came back from a magical experience in my very own backyard. I was just chatting with my mom in the dining room when I heard the light drops of rain starting to fall. I looked outside and saw that it was still sunny outside, so naturally, I walked onto the deck and just absorbed the majestic beauty of nature. A gentle drizzle caressed my face as the sun shone through the cerulean summer sky. It was awesome. I enjoyed every minute of it.
So on to school.
I'm a sophomore now! Hurray! I'm taking 18 hours, and I want to stab myself in the face during every class. They're just so boring... except maybe Physics, which takes place in the new Science and Engineering Building. That new facility is amazing. Feels very modern, and it's just something to marvel at. I don't feel very confident about the grades I'll get, especially in... well... all of them. I'm doing well enough right now though. I've gotten all 100s or the equivalent on the first few grades. I hope I can keep that up the entire semester.
I really want to play intramural soccer; the only way I can find a decent team is to rush with a fraternity. Therefore, I'm going to rush Lambda Chi Alpha. I know, Kaung, Jeff Scott was in it, but it seems like it's changed. It's actually filled with some typical frat guys, not to mention some friends/acquaintances. Hopefully, things will work out in my favor. Not just for the Greek aspect but for the entire semester!
