On Thursday, April 14, I felt the most horrendous pain ever on the lowest left side of my back at 3:00 a.m. My back had been bothering me for days, but I was sure that the molestation had to do with bad sleeping habits. Wrong! It turned out that I had a 3mm kidney stone ( Read more... )

You should try to drink more water and allow your bladder to release itself at least twice per day. This will prevent health problems. You could take a bottle of water with you at least. In this way, you will be inclined to go to the bathroom at least once before returning from school in the afternoon. So, you would be making your organism a bit more comfortable. Drinking water is very important for our body. Consider drinking a bottle of water in the meantime. To prevent kidney stones, I have been told that you should drink organ juice, lemonade, or other kind of strong juice twice a week. These juices will help clean your organs. Also, try to maintain your back straight as much as possible for your backbone to prevent hernias, dystrophy, etc. These are recommendations I have been given by doctors, so I thought I could share them with you. They might not be the best help, but they could help a bit. Ne? I truly hope you could feel no pain whatsoever soon. Just in case, try massaging your feet or putting some ice on them to reduce the pain. Take care.

Actually, I do have a bottle of water with me everyday, but I still go to the bathroom whenever I return from school. ^^;; Thank God, there's no pain occurring right now though when I stand for several hours, my back starts to get hurt and I cannot balance myself from walking. -_-" Yea, I should really change it now. Thanks for the sharing the advice. :)

It's good to know that you are already drinking a bottle of water at least every day. I truly hope that your pain could be related to exercise, bad posture, or something as easy to handle as that. Ganbatte! ;-)
