(no subject)

I messed my knees up pretty bad about a month ago at the gym. I just did too much too soon and most likely with terrible form and without a proper warm up or stretching. I've been taking some joint stuff, but I'm starting to fear that it's more than that. The pain isn't getting any better or much worse, but it's hurting enough for me to worry. So I'm gonna have to go to the doctor tomorrow and hope that I didn't tear anything. I'm pretty nervous about it, I know that the knees are nothing to mess with and that once you injure them it's almost impossible for them to bet back to how they used to be. I just started working out really really well and then something like this happens. I'm praying that it's a pulled muscle or strained muscle.
