New Tool rocks!

I went to Botner(sp) NC today with My dad and Kevin. We left at aroudn 3am and it only took us 2 hours to get there so we went into Durham and had some breakfast at Shoneys. Got to Botner's training facility, got the run down of the M-1 Garand, learned how to work "the pit" and spent about 2-3 hours in an underground bunker flagging targets while ( Read more... )

I messed my knees up pretty bad about a month ago at the gym. I just did too much too soon and most likely with terrible form and without a proper warm up or stretching. I've been taking some joint stuff, but I'm starting to fear that it's more than that. The pain isn't getting any better or much worse, but it's hurting enough for me to worry. ( Read more... )
