Yesterday I went to Lori and was talking about something and we hear this incredibly loud roar. It suddenly clicks that I know that sound, they're fighter jets. So I go out back and sure enough there's 4 fighter jets flying in circles around the neighborhood. I watched 'em make two passes form a pretty good distance then went inside. Suddenly

holy crap!!! THAT's what that was!

every couple of years planes fly that low near my mom's house, and they did it again yesterday. but i couldn't get outside in time (they didn't circle around, only one time yesterday).

no one ever believes me!! that's awesome!

haha yeah. I was talking to my mom on my camera phone and it clicked "I should take a picture" by then they were long gone. I didn't wave but a group of people a few houses down did. They were right at the point that the planes turned so they could see 'em well. I mostly saw the underside but it was still awesome. I've seen fighters before 'cause there's a base in NC not too far away, but never that close.
