progress~!

making progress, slowly but surely.
unintentionally i've been fasting during the day, almost every day this week, but then i eat dinner. i know it's bad to eat at the end of the day but i figure that i'm cutting out a lot food since i'm eating way less, so i'm bound to lose. plus i can't make excuses to get out of dinner every night so there's not much i can really do about it. i've also been trying to get some exercise, going for walks and moving around instead of sitting on the couch.
