FASTLANE DANCE CONVENTION!!!
EXCIIIITEMENT! Fastlane Hiphop Dance Convention is in like 2 weeks, SWEEET! For those of you who have no clue what I'm talking about, one of my former dance friends and teachers went off on her own and started a hiphop dance company called Drea Productions Ltd. and they've worked with people from destiny's child to wills mith etc... and every year she holds a hiphop dance convention with guest choreographers from LA and New York, aswell as another friend of mine from dance Hani Abaza (who's amazing might I add lol). But yeah. It's a 2-day long dance convention at the Nepea Sportsplex on the weekend of January 28th-29th. Registration starts on the 28th at 7:30 am but be there earlier than that so you make it in. The cost is 170$ for both days plus GTS. Day one starts at 7:30 and ends at 5 and day 2 of the convention is from 8am till 4pm. It's ALOT of fun, I went last year and yeah! WOOH!The choreographers this year include, Hani Abaza, Kim Sims-Battiste(LA), Shawn Byfield(T-dot), Tricia Miranda(LA) and Kennis Marquis(LA). It's an awesome work-out and fun as hell, PLUS cash scholarships are awarded at the end of the second day for anyone looking into a spot with Fast Lane.
