The reference is a pic of Marylin Manson I stumbled upon. I liked the one big eye and the high collar, couldn't resist transforming it into Snape. Kind of unfinished but I'm not going to take it further. I imagine Snape to be quite young in this pic, maybe 25-ish. He is also prettier than how I'm used to draw him.
