Day 1?

 Well day 1 started off good. Woke up and was like yeah Im going to the gym. So I got there and got on the elliptical. I started off fine then after 3 or 4 minutes I started getting over heated and felt like I was going to pass out. I sipped my water and thought oh gosh I need to get back to my apartment (across the street from gym)  so I headed back. I literally had to lay in my bed with a cold wash cloth and the fan on high to be able to cool down. I felt really defeated.

On the way to class I called my mom and broke down basically. I told her I couldnt do it anymore and I really needed help. We decided that maybe I should do the weight watchers online. Ive been checking out the website and I think I'd be able to do it. They give you so much information. I think that if I could see what food to make (and to buy) that it would be easier. I think I'm going to lay off the elliptical for a few weeks until I get my energy level back up.

So the tredmil and I will become bffs for the next couple of weeks. Tomorrow after class (out at 6) I'll go to the gym to walk for 20 mins and then come back to do my dance video.

It'll be good. I just needa keep telling myself I can do this and make tiny goals and I think it'll work.
