Alright..I know Ive said before I was going to keep a journal to help keep me motivated but that didnt last. I for real am going to this time. I am at the heaviest I've ever been and I do not like it at all. None of my clothes fit and if they fit they dont look right. Its disgusting. I thought about doing p90x but I dont think I would stick with it and its hard with trying to find a place and time to do it because my apartment sucks and the floor would shake.
so I've been planning meals with my mom to try and get me to make good decisions with my meals. Its helping because before I would not know what to make for dinner and resort to something quick and unhealthy. I decided I am going to replace one meal (prob breakfast or lunch) with a smoothie. I made one tonight for dinner and it was yummy. Also I need to work out every day for at least two weeks straight then take a week off. I think that this would be good. I am going to make up a workout schedule to keep me in track of what to do.
My main problem is motivation. My parents are helping and I appreciate it but its hard being away at college. But I am going to do my best because I do not like the way things are going with me now.
Day 1 will start tomorrow and I will write down my progress as much as I can.
