max tried to buck me. i'd been riding him for about half an hour & we were just walkin around the ring. we passed this one dark spot & all of a sudden his head reared back & he bucked & spooked to the left. it was almost like he was gonna roll to his left, his legs were stiff and he just jolted. thank GOD i wasn't on a leather saddle, otherwise i would have gotten thrown when he bucked. my whole body justf froze & i gasped & got so stiff. it was the scariest thing ever to happen to me on a horse. eeeek. but i'll probably ride him again sometime.

now im kinda scared to go back today. april was being a jerk in the roundring, she bit katy & kicked her four times. & then velvet, april's mom was trying to kick ginny (the sheep). man oh man. & i have to be in the stalls with them.
