Contract Jobs = AWESOME
Monday I start a 2-3 week contract job at Root Candle Company in Medina. I'm really excited about it... I get to do something creative and get paid really well for it?!
They have a 900 item inventory list and they need a photo of every item for their web page. (They are restructuring it) They didn't want to pay out thousands and thousands to the marketing agency they usually use to take photos of "new products" for magazines and advertisements. So Meghan suggested to them that they contract it out and she knew the right person for it. I was really surprised! Somebody must be confident in my abilities? She is going to be in charge of the creative direction, I'll just be snapping.
9-5 taking photos all day long... gonna be interesting... only thing I'm not looking forward to is the hour commute each morning and evening.
