This morning I woke up... actually, it was on time... but I was tired and chose to stay asleep longer anyway.

Just finished up day 2 of the Plant Based on a Budget challenge.  Lunch was OK, and dinner was delicious.

Lunch:  Leftover lentil soup (seriously good) and a chickpea salad sandwich (I overdid it on the dill pickles)

After the Ducks game tonight (they beat the Canucks 3-1, woot!), we headed over to Mothers Market for dinner and the final shopping for the Plant Based on a Budget challenge.
