I'm in Love :)
Have you ever watched the Episode of Sex & The City where Carrie expresses her undying love for NYC for pretty much the entire episode? I am now confident in saying I completely understand. I went to Seattle this weekend to see what I felt about it - how it sat with me. I checked out the general area around the school I may be attending, Saw what there was to do, hung out with friends, wandered around, tried to become as familiar as one can with the various areas within a day or two... It was lovely. I love it there. Back when I was going through the typical "I love California, Idaho Sucks, I want to move" phase, I traveled looking for somewhere comparable, just a little bigger. That's about when I fell in love with CDA thinking that there was no where else like it, but after this weekend I'm realizing, the Seattle area is very similar, at least in the things I love, especially the East side - Bellevue & Kirkland. It was just fun. I drove over with my mom and brother, and I don't think I've seen my mother laugh so much. My brother and I have become very close also, totally goofing off - we even relived the "Die Another Day" Robot dance bit for my mom. It was just completely fun. I attached some random photos :D
