Ramble.. Ramble.. Cookie I effing luff you.. Ramble..
1. There was this weird disconnect today when I was driving home from the besties. Like I was driving.. but my mind was miles away… and I haven’t got a clue where it was, honestly. Strange.. The musik was playing and I heard the radio… but like it was distant background musik in a movie scene… So strange.
2. I realize I’m late on this bc I was at the besties for couple days & didn’t blog, but “LIGHT ON!!!!!” OH! MY! GOD! Cookie I am blown away!!! The lyrics were love when I read them and I couldn’t wait.. but I was not prepared for that song.. not even close. I knew after hearing Analog Heart it would be fantastik bc it could only get better after all this experience touring and all the love and energy and support from your fans pouring over you.. but Christ man! I could barely breathe… I was completely lost in it. There was nothing else in the room and I have listened to it sooo many times. <3 Just the texture of his voice.. the power in those words and those notes... I think my favorite part might be where he slows it down with just his voice and barely any background... x___x Just before he pounds back into it.. Amazing. And then on the drive home I heard the dj on U93 say the album title was going to be “Light On”. That’s awesome. I cannot wait to flail a thousand times when I hear it in the truck.. \o/\o/\o/ (Oh and have to say LUFF to the besties bc they actually came across it before I got there on Tues and totally waited for me to get there so they could listen to it the first time with me! <3)
3. Also just heard “I Don’t Care” by FOB. Also awesome! God what a great fall it’s gonna be with all this musik coming out!!! I really love the feel of the song… The energy and the totally mad dance sound!!
4. What else? Oh, plans are more in motion for besties move-in. Cable dood will be here on the 3rd so besties will start moving stuffs in that week and themselves in after install. YAY! Oh, AND their 9th anniversary was yesterday! They’ve been together for 9 years! That’s awesome. LUFFS U GAIZ!! <3
5. Journal may be going FO. Haven’t decided yet… Not going into the reasons bc I don’t care to play along with this stooped game, but just fyi for flist. Not that gaiz have anything to worry about! It’s not like I’m chopping flist and starting over and it’s not like I won’t friend just about anybody.. but.. it’s just something I may end up having to do.. blah.
6. To whoever sent me the bouquet of flowers vgift anon THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH!!! Don’t know why you sent them anon and wish you would speak up so I can luffs on you moar.. but thank you profusely, even if anon profusely! <3<3<3 You totally made my day! <3
7. Family dinner tomorrow.. so tomorrow will fail. Srsly. BC family doesn’t know yet that besties are moving in and I’m sure once it’s mentioned dinner will be a fresh hell bc of it. I will, again, have to remind my family that I am a grown-ass person and can make my own decisions. I must go with what my heart and spirit believe is right and cannot stifle myself to suit their rules. >____<
8. OH! Watched season 1 of “Slings & Arrows” with besties this week. It’s a Canadian show (an old one) which stars Paul Gross from Due South, if you know what that is. He’s just amazing and energy and depth and passion in it and he alone makes it so worth the watching. The whole thing really is great. It’s an amusing and deep and often hilarious show. SRSLY! GO WATCH EET NAO! There’s only 6 episodes in a season bc it was something he did with his actor friends in Stratford over the off season. It is not to be missed. Altho do not watch Due South & Slings and Arrows back to back or your brain wil ‘splode from the Benny vs Geoffrey-ness. Trust me.
9. Just started the new arc in Bleach (new for us anyhow) where Shinji and Ulqi show up. I can tell this one is going to be good already. Altho the emo may kill me and the division and tearing apart of the friends is already making me nuts… but I understand you need drama. Ulqi is so pretty.. I knew he would be - I’ve seen some pics but he’s just so sad looking… *pets* Can’t help wondering how he didn’t manage to kill that retard that showed up with him that.. That guys irritating and stoopid. Shinji seems slightly.. conflicted.. almost.. May be that he just didn’t want Hiyori to kill Orihime and Chad bc of what it would do to Ichigo… or his attempt to bring Ichigo over to their side.. not sure.. *throws rocks at Ishida* Hate Ryuuken already. Go figure, right? lol. WTF ISSHIN IS A SHINIGAMI?!?!?!?!? @_____@ What the hell Isshin? Why so sekritif?? I can see there may be something in this new arc for Orihime other than the fucking damsel, which is good bc that’s been annoying me. Um… I think that’s a good run-down for the moment. XD
10. Started watching (prolly gon’ spell this way wrong) Kyo Kara Maoh. Very into it. A little bit crack and slightly confusing.. but I’m loving it. I may not even hate Gwendal after the horse business.. but I can’t say for sure just now. If you haven’t watched it you should be.
11. Clay, bb I luffs you! No, it's not exactly a surprise, but I'm so proud of you for finally being able to say it to the world. For having that strength and faith in yourself and your fans. We will still love you. We will always. <3
