Apparently he was on some podcast (the link has a link) where he was talking and playing about some of his favorite musik. And he mentions one of his favorite songs being "Pretty Handsome Awkward" by the Used, which was supposedly written by Bert about Gerard.
So there you have it - MCR = Gerard = Bert = Pretty Handsome Awkward = Cookie (HA! I did it in 3. lmao & flail on the floor)
