How do you initialize your complex structs in C? I mean, something like 'struct foo {short bar[2]; int baz}'? There exist 2 styles:

1. struct foo x = {1, 2, 3} (flat list)
2. struct foo x = {{1, 2}, 3} (nested braces)

It seems gcc prefers the latter. The former initializer style triggers 'warning: missing braces around initializer' when '-Wall' or '- ( Read more... )

Today I've found one interesting bug in HP-UX POSIX shell (/bin/sh): when trying to source non-existent file or file with no read permissions, non-interactive /bin/sh just terminates. This means that the next code:
