Florence and Vegan Ice Cream
I'm glad it's Friday tomorrow. I have a info session about the Florence trip. I'm uber excited. I'm looking forward to spring break. It'll be the first time that I'm actually doing something during break. Florence shall be fun. I still have to work at Brighams at the end of my break though since my boss is going away to Florida from the 19-22.
I score an interview tomorrow for Wheeler's Frozen Dessert. They're looking for a marketing intern to work on a couple of their cookbooks, soon to be released to the public this year. Wheeler's is a vegan ice cream place that also sells, tea, sandwiches, and salads in Boston. Hopefully things go well. I'll probably have to cut my hours at SSC though workwise. It'll be worth it though. I really need to beef up my resume with internships. I think this one starts in March. I also applied to a couple of internships for the summer. I applied to Mullen and Conover Tuttle Pace. I'm still looking at more. I figure that it will help me with the job search if I have real life experience.
