Reason #867 why my GF rules
she bought me a fish knife for xmas:
exactly what i wanted.
for KC, i went to W-S and said "KC loves to bake, but her pans suck," and the pan guru outfitted us with all sorts of baking pans and glass bowls and stuff. we will be improving on our joint 15,000 culinary rating in 2011. we just ate the last of the holiday pozole from sat, along with a bottle of pêche. the pozole aged beautifully. so much spice. a powerful eat. fabulous.
happy holidays all. KC and i are off to Newport Beach mañana for some quality niece time and hopefully some sun, and possibly another xkcp closed next week - eurobikermcdog, cesarsalad, iceplanets, and srockhop should contact me about their availability, but we should definitely play.
