hi im sasha, i belive i have met you before..im sorry how you feel with the guy, i also have been feeling as if not only my heart, but my whole body has been shatterd, but its a very differant situation. I hope that as time passes, you will be able to get your mind away from that all. Take a few deep breaths..i find it helps when i have a large lump in my troat to easy the tears.
