Its SNOW! *notice I didn't say snowing... because its not snowing AT THE MOMENT. But it was like a blizzard last night, I went to a university youth for christ assembly and it ended around 11pm, so walking outside my school (where it was held) I felt like I was inside a snow globe. Despite the danger it put to driving, it was utterly FANTASTIC.!! I guess not having seen such MAD SNOW it made me feel like a kid again... I was seriously so happy last night.. hehe <3 more snow please?
On another note, after the Youth for christ camp (for highschool students with some elementary aged youths)... I slacked off.. still right now.. see how I'm blogging? I have 3 essays due in 2 weeks in the same week/day, and I've got 2 more to go. Ugh. I should stop complaining and get right to it, but I haven't blogged in forever so here I am.
The camp was very hectic and quite stressful at times, honestly, but more than that... the spiritual high was like any other, life refreshing. I met new brothers and sisters (in Christ) :D and I really see them as my second family now. My counterpart is really fun to work with too despite his lack of computer skills (haha sorry CP!), it was a pleasure serving as a servant for camp (that sounds weird.. but yeah I was a servant-making sure schedule went on time, behind the scenes stuff etc). So apparently, servants become camp leaders for the next camp, so guess what? I'M LEADING THE NEXT CAMP with my counterpart!! OMYGAH. gotta think of a verse and a name now.. (its still 4 months from now.. but im just so excited.. haha).
Here we are: :) (the service team)
Thank you God for giving me this family, that I am growing to love more and more, I don't know what I would be today without YFC. <3
