day two....3 days pre-prom

b - 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 c soymilk, 1 banana

s - 1 orange

l - tuna sandwich, couple handfuls of fritos

s - 4 celery stick w/ pb and raisins

d - 1 serv corn flakes w/ soy milk, peas

exercise so far

walked 3.7 miles, burned 250 calories (carrying backpack)
did 1 hour of yoga, burned like 150 some odd cals
