So I spent four hours on this thing yesterday and am again working on it. My senior speech is required to fall between 8 and 10 minutes and I must have an introduction, a segment about my 10 page research paper, a segment about my 60 hours of project service, and then a conclusion. The entire thing is written, but I need to work on my visual and get the note cards prepared.
I go tomorrow.
It isn't the formal speech but it is the entire thing. It won't be graded by judges but it will be graded by members of the class. I don't know which is worse, lol. Actually, I know I will do okay aside from the fact my hands will be shaking like a motherfucker and my nose will probably run like it usually does during long speeches (meth ravaged my sinuses, still).
Other than that I'm supposed to be getting a call from KOBI's Christina Anderson since she owes me a tape. I called the florist and ordered my butineer for the dance Friday. I also bought the tickets and stopped by the dry cleaners to check on pricing. I need to get my dress in today in order for it to be ready by Friday. I still haven't turned in my pledge money for that charity event, in fact I spent about $12 of it, lmao. I'll pay it back, I promise.
Tomorrow I need to check on Oscar... he went back to the hospital again today. I have been self-medicating my chlamydia the past 5 days because I'm on the rag and can't see a doctor yet. I used 4 of my old pills and 2 of Oscar's, so I'm just hoping and praying that it's helping. I don't know why it wouldn't. I think it would be funny if I went in there and I didn't have the infection. Ahhh that reminds me, I should make that appointment as soon as they get back from lunch at the Jackson County Health place.
I have a little bit of homework for Spanish and AP Literature but that's about it. Ooo I do need to get the to bank to deposit my check though. I wish I could legally drive my car. Errands would be easy.
And then of course I can always do more packing... we have to move out in 3 weeks and 4 days, but who's counting?
