Ive been having such a wonderful time lately. Its been so summery out, though school has been a tad too hot for my liking. So Josh and I have been swimming and making milkshakes and going to Ritas and sitting on the carpet in airconditioning in wet towels watching tv (X2) with a dinner plate in your lap. Senior cut day was amazing. Josh and I left for Ocean City at 10 and got there by 11:30. We had such an awesome day. On the beach i changed into bathing suit bottoms underneath my beach towel while trying to look nonchalant like i wasnt naked. So ive got paratonsilar cellulitous. Which is the same thing that put me in the hospital for a week last year. fantastic. I had a slight cold for over a week but nothing bad. Then last night at Joshs i felt horrible but just figured i needed sleep and would be fine. So on my way home i couldnt stop crying and realized how bad it really was. ( Read more... )

Today was pretty good. School was fine. Then my car has been getting progressively worse in an alarming short amount of time. Then i learned that oil needed to be changed every 3 months or 3000 miles. Mine hasnt been changed in 2 years. So I headed on over to Walmart and then Joshs. I really cannot wait for graduation. Before i never completely wanted to go because there were so many things that i would miss. But now that summer is coming and the teachers just wont let up on the work, i really think i can do without the people and the whole high school scene. Today we had church and it was our new rector's first day. Hes not old! I was shocked. And hes married and he got a kid. I didnt even know our rectors were allowed to get jiggy wit it. But hes VERY lively and incredibly nice and he chants some of the prayers, which is amusing. But church will now be twice as long so i wish it a happy farewell ( Read more... )
