(no subject)
hallo! Wie Geht's? i'm super tired.... last night Ash and I went to a beer and wine tasting at the zoo to see John and Mike play (from Exit) since they only have 2 more shows left. So we had to get there super early so we walked to Carabou Coffee from the zoo and i got this mint expresso thing and was so hyper for like an hour then soo burnt out... but anyways then we walked back and we saw all these tents and thought it was gonna be in there but no one was over there so we asked this guy and he told us it was in the Peck Welcome Center so as we were walking up the walkway John comes walking down and we said hey and then ash and i walked up to the doors and started freaking out cuz we thought it was gonna be this informal thing but there were like all these tables reserved for stuff so we're like ok what should we do so we went to go see where john went and he was talking on his cell phone so we walked around on those stone thing surrounding the trees (yes we are 3 years old) then we saw John going back in so we followed him and then finally just walked in while all the people at the table where they give you your glass stared at us (lol). So then i saw John and asked him to sign these cards we made for mike cuz his birthday is on Sunday. So John was like yeah.. mikes not gonna be here... he could play last minute so i have to play by myself (he seemed kinda nervous) and i felt sooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad for him but then he had to go get his stuff ready but he said he'd give the cards to mike for us. So ash and i walked down the hallway and they had one of those machines where you can have your picture taken in it so we played this game where you have to hit the buttons in order for like 30 mins till the show started then we stood by the wall and listened to john play while everyone else talked and i felt bad cuz no one clapped so i started clapping after all the songs and by the end of the first set i got a ton of people to start clapping after his songs and then he came over to talk to me and ash and we talked for like 20 mins while he ate about the killer geese at the zoo and other random stuff and then he played his second set and then he came over to ash and i again and we talked for like another 20 mins but before he came over i was leafly (leaf= random) talking about how my family toured the sprecher brewery thing a few years ago and ash was like umm why? and i was like cuz we're cool like that and John was walking over so he was like who's cool? and i was like i am duh and he was like sweet i wish i was cool and i was like oh don't worry you're cool in my mind and he was like awesome! thanks! lol it was funny.... then he was like yeah... i think i'm gonna start *mummble* in the middle of a song... i don't think they'd even notice and i was like your gonna start what? and he was like swearing and i was like ohh i thought you said swimming and he was like yeah.. sorry i mummble i was like its ok i'm used to it with her (about ash) but it would have been so funny if he actually did do it... then it was like 5 to 10 and we had to leave at 10 and John was about to go back on stage for his last set so i was like well we have to go at 10 and he was like aww are you serious? and i was like yeah sorry and he looked all sad and then he was like well can i have a hug? and he gave me this huuuugeee hug and i was like awww I LOVE YOU!!! lol it wa soooo cute and he smelled super good i was like YAY! lol but yeah that hug definately made my night! now ash and i are in the process of trying to figure out how we can get to UW Milwaukee next thursday night for their second to last show... *if anyone wants to drive me i'd love you forever!!!* anyways... i think i'm gonna go take a nap cuz i'm sooo tired from getting up at 7:00 to go to a zoo training thing (yeah when i got to the zoo i was definately gone for only like 9 hours it was great lol) so i'll post more sometime soon hopefully... byeeeeeeeee!!
