(no subject)
vacation is offcially over now. we left at about 12 on Wednesday and got to The Cape around 3. we found Jen's place and hung out there for a little bit. she showed us around the town and we basically just hung out at her place for the night. Alex's hernia started acting up, so our first night there wasn't exactly the best. we both slept in the living room on separate couches.
we woke up early and her mom kicked us out and told us we needed to find somewhere else to stay cause her "sister was coming up for the weekend". which was complete bullshit cause she wasn't there the entire time we were up there. we searched for a few hours for a motel that would give a room to people under 21. i called my mom and she told me to just charge the room to my credit card. the cheapest place we could find was over $100. but we stayed there anyway. we were waiting for Jen to get back from visiting her grandmother to go to P-Town. she said she was gonna call us around 4, and she didn't. suprise suprise. i love Jen, but honestly she needs to stop with that shit.
so we left for P-Town around 6. on the way up there the car started to make really funny noises. it sounded like someone was under the hood and was banging trying to get out. so we pulled over and Alex popped the hood and told me to turn the car on. the spark plug flew out and almost impailed him in the head. i called Jen to see if she could come get us and take us to a garage or something so we could talk to someone about the car. her mother offered to call us a taxi, and offered to call a tow truck, but wouldn't let her come to get us even though we were only like, 20 minutes away. but this nice (but creepy) guy pulled over and called his friend who worked at a garage and he came down and fixed it for like, $20. so we were back on our way.
P-Town is really cool. i like it up there. i wish there was a place in CT like that. i bought this really nice dress from this cool hippie store. i've been wearing it a lot too. i bought to 2002 Warped Tour compilation cd too. it had Nofx, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Sum 41, Midtown, GC, Finch, Antifreeze, Glassjaw, NuFaN, Slick Shoes, Taking Back Sunday, ALK3, Madcap, The Movielife, The Used, The Ataris, and a bunch of other bands that i'm finding are very very good. i'm glad i got the cd.
we went back to the motel and went to sleep. we had to be out by 11 so we were up at around 9. we went to an art store and i bought pencils and a book that i can draw in cause i needed something like that desperatly. we went back to Jen's and her mom said it was okay if we slept in the basement that night cause it was going to be the last night we were there. by our third day there we decided that Cape Cod isn't as great as we thought it was going to be. so we went to the beach with Jen, her cool sister Liz, and her friend Pabs. it was too hot though and i started to feel sick. Jen got buried in the sand. we put boobs and a dick on her. it was funny. i forget what we did for the rest of the day. but i don't think it was anyhing really interesting.
that night Ryan and Vin came up. we were going to go to the beach that night, so me and Alex decided to go there before them and wait for them. well, they never showed. and that sucks to be them because it was hands down the most beautiful place i have ever been. there was no one on the beach except for me and Alex laying on our blanket. there were millions of stars and you could see every single one. the only thing you could hear was the sound of the ocean. it was just amazing. we left the beach a little after 12 and Ryan called to say that they weren't coming down. i didn't think they would anyway.
so me and Alex stayed in the basement. on Saturday Jen, Ryan, and Vin went to the beach all day. me and Alex thought we were just gonna go to P-Town for a little while and then go home, but we decided to wait for them and go up with them around 4:30. so we waited in the parking lot till 5 for them and they didn't show up or call so we went up to P-Town without them. i got my mom a nice candle holder. i got Janis Joplins Greatest Hits. and i got Alex a Hulk bobble head cause he wanted it really bad. he got me this really cool henna tattoo. he got one too. i love mine. it's stars going down my arm and then hooks down to my middle finger. it's awesome.
we got home around 12:30 cause Alex was speeding cause i thought i was going to throw up. we've basically just been chillin around here sinc then. this morning Alex went home to let me sleep cause i thought i was going to die last night. my ovaries were killing me. i thought they were trying to jump out of my body. so my mom made a GYN appoinment for me. yippee. i can't wait. i was supposed to go help Ash move today with Hope. i don't know if i'm going to any more. i need to rest. and Ryan wants me to come over to his place tonight and party. but they're only gonna be drinking. and my stomach can't handle that.
Brand's getting antsy. he needs the computer. it's good to be back though. i'm excited to be seeing my friends again soon.
