This week I was told:
"You don't need make up." -Checkout Lady at Walmart
"It's intimidating how intelligent you are." -Molly (Family friend)
"You look so much like you're brother, it's a good thing." -Mia (Molly's Friend)
I am okay with all of these things. I believe the first one because "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and I might have been nice and rosy from the heat when dad and I went to get ym makeup (I ended up returning it all because it all sucked), and she must have seen me as young and healthy/pretty looking.
The second one makes me feel really good but I am not sure how much I believe it. I do not know how smart I am, I know I am smarter than some people I know, mostly because they do not apply themselves, but can I really be so smart that people find it "Intimidating"? Molly always talks me up to people saying how smart, witty, and funny I am. That I am sarcastic and an asshole as well but we all know this. :) And she says that as good things. :) But "smart, witty, and funny?" this is foreign to me.
As for looking like my brother, the genes run thick in the family line of Rice (my biological surname). We are a good looking lot if you ask me.
I am all registered for my classes at my new University. But more on that later... I am also debating rushing a sorority.
"Dirty Rotten Scorudlers" opened last night, I couldn't sing because of my stupid allergies. But again more on that later.
