the archs of earth tones celebrated our arrival. as we sped over the great mirror our reflections were blinded by that greater light. its undulations glimmered like millions of diamonds but the brightest ones shone from your eyes. they mixed with the pearls and i cannot think of a happier time. the sequoia should always be treasured as our grandfathers but not our leaders. we call the earth our home or at least we should when would you sell your garden to a lumber yard. the waves broke perfectly yet infinitesimally. the blue and white mixed in a foam. it was perfect juxtaposition. a delicate contour. the sky was pacific and you breathed into me. it was a numbing experience. this is the first time i had ever been happy like this. everything was truly euphoric the wind the sand the distant chirm. if only time could have stopped at that very instant in that moment of elation in that moment of awakening. but as quickly as it came it escaped...
