Making room in the pipes, missing San Fran
We're canceling our anniversary trip to San Francisco in February. Ryan has to go in for tonsil, throat, and sinus surgery in December. The weeks he'll be recovering will drain his time off bank. May take 6 weeks to recover. Even if he's better in time and can somehow work out the vacation situation, after dealing with that we'll just want a quiet anniversary at home.
On the bright side, Southwest is always 100% generous about canceling flights. We'll get the money credited back to our account and take a trip somewhere else later in spring. Las Vegas keeps coming up, especially after this week's Top Chef. I've never been but Ryan has, and loves it, so I'd like to check it out.
