(no subject)
Today, I made my very first omelet...omelette...however anyone wants to spell it (apparently, firefox wants to spell it "omelet", but then again, firefox doesn't know how to spell firefox).
Surprisingly, it was not a flop! I've been up since eight thirty this morning on five hours of sleep recovering from the flu, and I think what's keeping me up right now is my ultimate satisfaction over making an awesome omelette for my lovely girlfriend as a surprise breakfast. I didn't burn it, it didn't stick to the pan, it was light and fluffy and full of cheesy chicken goodness and seasoned just right. Man, I couldn't have done that better if I'd tried. -Beams- It was incredibly easy, I'm happy to report. Easy enough I may make another one tomorrow morning. I'm not too fond of omelettes myself, since that's just toooooo much egg (I always make the mistake of going to IHOP and looking at the omelettes and saying "Oh, that looks good," and then remembering about a third of the way through it that I hate omelettes XD), but my baby was happy with it, and I'm beaming with pride right about now.
Somehow, I thought it would be harder to make, but hey! 8D
