Oh my gosh, I am so burnt after baking in the sun all day. Shanley started T-ball this week and we had a jambori today. Ok they tell us we are going to play 3 games at 9:00, 11:00 and 2:00. Alright we play at 8:50 and we're all good. Coach comes back later and says they are running an hour behind, no biggie. Then they come back around 12:30 and say that we are only playing 2 games and the 2nd one won't be until later. We ended up finally playing around 3:00. Watched thousands of T-ball games that I had no interest in b/c my kid wasn't playing. If we knew there was gonna be that big of lapse in the games we could have went home and came back. Oh well, I ended up being the bat-coach in the 2nd game. Some little turd hit me in my knee w/ a bat. I super kicked him.. ok I didn't but I thought about it.
Got muchas compliments on how well my kids behaved while we were at the park for 176 hours. I just thought I would throw it in that my kids are good.
Me and Nikki did not walk away unscathed though. We are both stuck w/ leather arms of death. Yeck, I'm hurting.
Tomorrow we are throwing Addy's 2nd b-day party. She's been walking around going "my party?" She's curious b/c she's seen the Wow Wow Wubbzy stuff on the table all week and she's ready to play w/ it. Sad thing is that my parents won't be there, Bobbie's working and Dad's getting chemo. Mrs. Jackie is gone.. so if she does show up that will just be creepy and I'll have to call the Ghostbusters and that will be awkward. Mr. Larry will be there batting 100 for g-parents. We'll leave it on his uneven shoulders (they're uneven b/c he only has 1 leg). If his stump would heal up he could wear his prosthetic, but what do you do?
Saw the trailer for The Ghostbusters video game.. PLEASE come out for the Wii. I would hate to have to buy a 360 just for that.. but I would.
