Over the Hump

Finally, I have laid out a full feature pcb project in Altium with no errors or work arounds. It has taken eighteen months to become fully competent in Altium Designer. Now I can start doing more circuit design work.

I know that I am a old timer because today, on a suggestion from Bob, I tried to find a Geranium diode for new project. I wanted Geranium diodes because they have much lower forward voltage drop than the standard silicon diodes. Geranium diodes have not been in large volume production in decades. Luckily small signal Schottky silicon diodes have similar small forward voltage drop.
