So much to update, but no time to do so. It has been craziness. The short version is: since the book came out, I bought a house and got a dog. No time. No time. No time. 

So, do I get the house? I don't know. When they de-winterized, they burst the pipes. The bank is willing to work with me, but I don't know how bad the damage is. Tildarus said he would help with the plumbing since he just finished doing his house. The stress around this has got me to the point of just wanting to throw up. It's a bit late, but I bought a house. I'll be moving to Beloit, unless something disastrous happens to derail the process. Papers were signed Monday, but I have yet to receive them back. It will reduce my drive to work from 25 minutes to 5. I will be able to reactivate my Amazon affiliate link. And I will save money on rent. All around, a great ( Read more... )
