Spin wasn't so much for singing and dancing, really. He was stretching things enough, learning to play and exploring some of the songs his classmates enjoyed. It hadn't been unpleasant so far, of course, just... a little bit awkward. But he was getting there; it was important, for him to learn it, right? All things considered.

He'd been out on the grounds himself, when he heard the music in his head take a turn for the wildly enthusiastic. The kind you heard in kid's movies, delightful and bouncy and impossible to bring down with anything the world could bring. Spin blinked; it was loud, too, not the random swell of volume that gave him headaches. Just loud.He was caught in musing over it, when he heard the whisps of someone's voice, singing. It was a familiar tune, actually, one he'd only gotten to learn from J recently; Beatles. Spin took a moment to try and remember the words, only to find they instantly spilled out of his mouth ( ... )

Had Giselle given some thought to what she was doing, she might have realized that her powers had been triggered again. However, lots of people liked the Beatles. It didn't seem strange at all for someone to join in and sing with her.

"She loves you, yeah, yeah, yeah
She loves you, yeah, yeah, yeah
And with a love like that
You know you should be glad"

She smiled at the newcomer, glad to have some company to sing with.

Spin wasn't even entirely thinking about what was happening; a small part of him somewhere was struggling to realize that he'd never learned the lyrics this well, and that he certainly wasn't the sort of person to stand up and sing them aloud in front of a girl... but that inkling of doubt was awash in just how nice it was to get up with someone and dance, and man it was a really nice day, wasn't it?

"You know it's up to you,
I think it's only fair,
Pride can hurt you too,
Apologize to her."

He beamed right back at her, grateful that there was someone around to enjoy the song with. It was really nice of her to remind him to get up and move, despite the fact that he'd not really done anything of the sort before. As far as he was concerned, the dance moves were entirely improvised, and if it was matching hers perfectly, well, wasn't it nice they were on the same wavelength?

Everything was flowing together nicely and Giselle was having a lot of fun. Maybe he'd sing another song with her once this one was done? She hoped so! He didn't seem to be doing anything other than enjoying himself as he joined in. She decided she'd ask him if he was a Beatles fan after she asked the name of the newcomer.

"Because she loves you
And you know that can't be bad.
Yes, she loves you
And you know you should be glad. Ooh!"

The animals kept up in their own way as well. One day, Giselle was going to have to try an improv show. One day when she knew that she had full control over her powers, and they were only being used to help keep willing participants co-ordinated with one another. That day was far in the future.
