He knew she was coming back today, after a little bit of whining to him over text about how she was stuck in the place her seminar was being held. She inadvertently ran up his phone bill, and he told her that. Often. But really, he was happy that he could just give her someone to talk to during that unfortunate situation. And really, he couldn't wait for her to come back. He missed her.
Yes, she was coming back today. No, he did not expect her to go right back to work when she came back. Konoha sighed, running a hand through his hair as he stood outside the door to the library. He knew they had to talk about what had happened two years ago, but ... he was still unsure of how to go about it.
He figured he'd just start by welcoming her back. So after a few moments of preparation, he pushed himself into the library, scanning the area for any sign of her.
