[She's more than a little bothered that her powers are not working and she's getting attacked by horrible things. However, years of kung fu can make a a chick rather formidable and she's doing quite well not getting killed. That doesn't mean she's happy about any of this, though. Hoping to come across some means of escape outside, she navigates her way to the pieces of the front doors of the school.]

[Xion's kept her sword out the entire time, but so far nothing's really tried to attack her. She's not exactly grateful for this-- knowing that there's something out there ready to attack and not, even if she can guess why, unnerves her. She'd rather have it come out and fight her, just so she could confront it.

Still, that's not the only thing freaking her out. Darkness, she can handle. Dead bodies? The fact that she stepped on them freaks her out, but she can deal with it at least until she gets out. The static noise, however, is getting to her-- as is the fact that she can't get back. She tried, as soon as she got in, but it didn't work. So she keeps pressing forward, hoping that she'll be able to get out if she goes all the way through it.]

[moneybagsiii]

[slips through and looks around] Huh. [kind of dead and barren, but at least the maze is gone! checks over his shoulder] Toris?

[catching his breath and looking around] At least we don't have to go through the maze again.

[moneybagsiii]

Yeah. [pause. flap! nothing] Goddammit, I still can't fly.

[sighs, beckons Toris on and starts walking back marshwards]

It's in the school.

[letunityblossom]

[Following toward the marsh. ...What is in the marsh.] ...Warren?

[moneybagsiii]

Yeah? [looks where Toris is looking] ...oh.

[well shit that is]

[carefully] Hey, maybe this whole thing is some kind of illusion or hologram and they're not...real. [pause] Do you want me to carry you?

[letunityblossom]

[poking one with a foot. But he is too proud for that] I'll be fine. And maybe--maybe they're just the rocks from before?

[moneybagsiii]

Maybe. [but those rocks were damn squishy] I mean, we don't have any, uh, deceased people at the school. [unlike marshes and shadow creatures, which the school has plenty of]

[letunityblossom]

Yet. [his tone is darkening] There's no other way across, is there?

[moneybagsiii]

Not the way we need to go. [scans the weird coasty thing] Yeah, I don't see anything. [steps on the nearest corpse, testing it] I think they'll hold.

[letunityblossom]

[Burying himself beneath his pride] Alright.

[moneybagsiii]

Here--[holds out his hand] Just don't think about it. [healthy!]

[letunityblossom]

I'll be alright. [bury bury bury, okay, he is ready to not!deal with this now; stepping onto the--place. For stepping on.]

You okay? [carefully steps onto the next one] Just let me know if you want to ride on my shoulders or something.
