The Homecoming dance was coming up fast, and far as J knew Spin didn't even have a date, let alone any moves. J had no idea if the kid would want to dance, or if he even knew how to. Good thing he was here to fix that.
Boom box and a few CDs in one hand, he knocked on Spin's door with the other. "Hey, man, you in?" Of course he was - J could hear him - but there was something to be said for privacy, even if hearing the Music killed any chance of actually having some.
