There's a table set up in a very conspicuous area. That table has a bunch of jars with names and pictures of teachers on it. The possible candidates are this list of people. Anybody can come by at any point during the week and drop some money in the jars. By Homecoming, whichever teacher has the most money in their jar will get pied in the face at the Homecoming Dance.
There are also people standing guard, so don't try any funny business. B|
