My name is Lex, and this is Giselle from Enchanted. I've given her the last name Vanderhall, since she doesn't have a last name in canon.
Giselle is an optimistic, naive hopelessly romantic girly-girl who grew up in a wealthy family. Her father owns a large entertainment company, her mother is a socialite, and Giselle has been taking vocal, dance, and gymnastics lessons for as long as she can remember. She loves to sing.
The main problem she has is her abilities, or specifically, her control over them. Giselle is capable of mass hypnosis/mind control, and the effect is greatly amplified when she's using her voice. Because she is a sweet natured benign person, she's not likely to try abusing this ability. The worst she'll consciously do to someone is use her powers while telling a person to go away and find something else to do if they're really upsetting her. However...by accident, people may get caught up singing and dancing along with her, or find themselves being strongly compelled to help her with chores. ^__~ If your character is telepathic or has some canon resistance to psionic powers, they're likely resistant enough to not be caught up in it (though they may still get whatever she's singing stuck in their heads or something like that).
Don't worry, though. I will post a warning when she's subconsciously using her powers so that nobody has to get caught up in it. If you'd like to embarrass your character by having him/her join in the singing and dancing, or if you're playing a character who would join in just for the heck of it, then jump right in.
