Questions for Staff Members

[Roy looks somewhat concerned. Asking for help isn't something he does easily, but he knows he's in over his head.]
I was hoping some more experienced teachers could give me some advice. Two of my students have additional abilities which we, apparently, don't have specific teachers for here. One has Cryokinesis while the other has Psychokinesis. Is there anybody on staff who has a specialty with either Cryokinesis or any of the breakdown of Psychokinesis? Or do we have a system in place when seeking out future teachers?

Uh, Maes? Elysia invited Riza and I over to your place for Christmas. If Riza wants to go, do you think Gracia would mind setting two extra places? Three if you decide to invite Lieu...Havoc?
